At Central Plaza Doctors, we understand it can be really hard for families when either yourself or a loved one is unwell, especially children. It’s important to be able to see a doctor straight away. Most of our staff have children and have to juggle the same problems our patients do with school, childcare and work. It can be really challenging.
We recognise this need for families to access care when they need it and have decided to take walk in patients at any time without an appointment. We also understand a common concern patients may have is the ability to communicate with and understand the doctors from which they are seeking help. We agree that strong verbal and non-verbal communication skills are a key professional standard for all doctors. Our doctors have strong communication skills having worked in diverse Australian communities for many years.
Healthcare should be affordable and accessible for all patients regardless of their background.
